You play as Gorm, trying to avoid the enemies and enter through the bodies of Crumpet, Trumpet, Dump-it, and Nelson, who are planning to take over the world. To get to Nelson's mouth, you will need to get past the Spit and Mouthwash, to get to Dump-it's nose, you must avoid the Snot and Soap & Water, to get to Trumpet's eye, you need to avoid the Tears and Soap & Water, to get to Crumpet's ear, you must dodge Earwax and Soap & Water. The more you infect, the harder the game gets.
